Using this simple, web-based tool, you’ll receive an email alert whenever a document is recorded under your registered name—giving you early warning if someone attempts to file documents against your property without your knowledge.
Whether you’re a homeowner, landlord, or business owner, Fraud Guard adds an extra layer of protection and peace of mind.
You register your name(s) or your business name.
If any land record is filed under that name, you’ll receive an email notification.
The email will include a link to the recorded document for review.
Your email is used only for fraud alerts—never for marketing or other purposes.
